Founded in 2002 by Raymond Williams
and Edith and Jim Holmes, Durham Marble and Ceramic Tiles Ltd. has
expanded rapidly from an original position of having 2 members of staff
to the current 30.
Dedication and Quality of Service has brought about this expansion, but
it has been a carefully controlled expansion which has not resulted in
any reduction in our commitment to total customer-focused business
operations.
The organisation of the Company gives it a capacity for complete flexibility when meeting Customer needs.
Whether it be a small contract for the supply and/or installation of
Tiling in a Domestic setting, or meeting the stringent requirements of
a major national or international Company, we apply our dedication and
professionalism at the same high level.
We can supply Tiles of any type and quality, and our Showroom contains
samples of thousands of items. We guarantee the highest possible
standards of installation.
We are Members of the Tile Association, and operate to CHAS and CSCS Standards.
All staff are trained to the relevant NVQ Level, and a high priority is
given to both internal and external Re-Training as materials and
processes change and develop.
The success and thereby expansion of Durham Marble and Ceramic Tiling has not come about by shear good fortune.
We are convinced that our genuine care and concern to fully meet
Customer needs, and the Quality of our end-products explain our
continued successful business development and our enhanced reputation
with both the general public and wider Industry.
No job is undertaken without an in-depth analysis of its requirements.
Whether it be the up-grading or replacement of a domestic Kitchen or
Bathroom, or a major contribution to a multi-million pound Construction
Project, we are committed to a full examination of every factor
